Non-Refundable Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality training experiences to all our students and participants. To ensure the integrity and sustainability of our programmes, we have established the following policy regarding training fees:

Non-Refundable Fees:

All fees paid for our programmes and trainings are non-refundable. This policy applies to all students and or participants, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or non-participation.

Fee Application to Future Trainings/Programme:

Although fees are non-refundable, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the scheduled programme/training. In such cases, you may request that your fee be applied toward a future programme or training.

Requests to apply the fee to future training/programme must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the start date of the originally scheduled training.

The option to apply the fee to future training/programme is valid for up to 3 months from the original training date.

Transferability:

The fee may be transferable to another participant for the same training session or a future one, provided the request is made in writing and approved by our administration team.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to attend the scheduled training/programme without prior notice, the fee will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future training.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases of severe illness, emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our administration.
