Programme Withdrawal Policy
“Withdrawal” means a student withdraws from the programme; his/her student contract is terminated and the student is no longer a student of MHCOE.
The student who wishes to voluntarily withdraw from the programme for personal or health reasons may do so within the conditions stated below:
Conditions for Granting Withdrawal
- All outstanding fees must be settled prior to a request for withdrawal.
- No refund shall be made to any student that withdraws from the programme.
- The student is to send a formal request in writing via email to the office of the Registrar of the College. The College will, in turn, process and accept the withdrawal request within 2 to 3 working days.
